1. Who we are

This website is operated by OHE Services Inc., doing business as SavePraxis (“SavePraxis”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. You can reach us at info@savepraxis.com or at 20055 Willowbrook Drive, Unit #200, PMB 1032, Langley, BC V2Y 2T5, Canada.

2. This site is informational

savepraxis.com describes our studio and the products we build. It does not sell anything, host an account, or provide a service you can log in to. Nothing here is an offer, a contract, or professional advice.

We work to keep the site accurate, but product descriptions, roadmap statements and screenshots change as the products do. We may change or remove any part of the site at any time, without notice.

3. Our products have their own terms

Handro — and every product we release afterwards — is governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy, published on that product’s own site. Using this website gives you no rights to any product, and these terms do not change or override a product agreement you have with us.

4. Acceptable use

When you use this site, please do not:

• break any applicable law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system;
• interfere with the site’s operation, including by scraping at a volume that degrades it for others, or by probing or load-testing it without our written permission;
• impersonate SavePraxis or any of our products, or use our name, marks or content to suggest an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design, code, logos and product names on this site belong to OHE Services Inc. or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade-mark law. You may read, link to and quote short excerpts of the site with attribution. Everything else — copying, republishing or building a derivative work from it — needs our written permission.

6. Links to other sites

The site links to places we do not control, including our product sites, app-store listings and third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you are there.

7. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SavePraxis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising out of your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under consumer protection legislation.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here, with the “last updated” date above, is the one in force. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction, and you and we both submit to them, subject to any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of your own place of residence under applicable consumer law.
