Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

OHE Services Inc., doing business as SavePraxis, a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada, is responsible for the personal information described here. Our Privacy Officer can be reached at info@savepraxis.com, or by mail at 20055 Willowbrook Drive, Unit #200, PMB 1032, Langley, BC V2Y 2T5, Canada.

2. What this site collects

• Nothing you type. There is no sign-up, no login, no contact form and no newsletter on this site.
• No cookies, no analytics, no ad tracking. We do not set cookies, and we do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or any similar tracking.
• A theme preference, stored on your own device. If you switch the site between light and dark, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under sp-theme. It never leaves your device and we never see it. Clearing your browser data removes it.
• Standard server logs. Our host records ordinary request data — IP address, date and time, page requested, referring page and browser user-agent — to serve the site, keep it secure and diagnose faults. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you.
• Fonts are served from this site. The typefaces are bundled at build time and served from our own domain, so visiting the site does not send a request to a font provider.

3. If you email us

When you write to info@savepraxis.com, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you put in the message. We use it only to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.

4. Who else is involved

• Vercel Inc. — hosting and content delivery for this website, including the server logs described above. Servers may be located outside Canada, including in the United States.
• Google LLC (Google Workspace) — our email, if you write to us.

These providers act on our instructions. Where information is stored or processed in another country, it is subject to the laws of that country, including lawful access by its authorities.

5. Our products are separate

This policy does not cover our products. Handro, and any product we release later, has its own privacy policy published on its own site, describing the data that product handles for the businesses that use it and for their customers.

6. How long we keep things

Server logs are kept for a short period by our host for security and troubleshooting, then discarded. Email correspondence is kept while it is useful to answer you and to keep a business record, then deleted.

7. Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law — PIPEDA and British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act — you may ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@savepraxis.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. Our lawful basis for the limited processing above is our legitimate interest in operating and securing this website, and — for email — in responding to you.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the “last updated” date above. If a change is significant — for example, if we ever add a form or analytics — we will say so clearly on this page.
